1. We sell with Owner Financing. Simply make your initial investment (down payment and doc fee) and then continue making monthly payments until the land if paid in full. We’ll even tailor a payment plan that works with your budget. No Credit Checks. Everyone qualifies. No prepayment penalties.

2. We convey title with a Warranty Deed, not a Special Warranty or Quitclaim Deed. A Warranty Deed assures the title is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. We stand behind each property so you can invest with confidence.

3. We offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee in writing with each land offering. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your investment we will gladly exchange it for another property in our inventory or refund to you all the money you paid, excluding document preparation and closing fees.
