Step 1Choose a property and make the initial investment

Select a property in your price range and make the safe and secure initial investment over the phone or online with your credit or debit card.


Step 2Sign closing documents

Electronically sign the documents at home or on the go. Don’t panic, if you prefer ink and paper we can do that too.


Step 3Honor your monthly payments

Payments are automatically withdrawn each month from the checking/savings account or debit/credit card of your choice.


Step 4Make your final payment and the title transfers to you

Create memories on your land while you pay it off. After the final payment is made, we’ll transfer title (legal ownership) to you!

Timeframe:  Once we get your info, we’re usually able to work quickly to find you the right property. Some of our regular land buyers let us know what they’re looking for and when we find a good fit, they’re ready to close in just a few days.
